Signal and Noise: What Actually Changed
Cut through the headlines. Work hands-on in the tools your staff already use and leave knowing what's real, what's hype, and how to tell the difference next time.
Leadership Greater Washington and OptimaNova AI
Lead the AI decisions your organization is already making.
Cohort 1 for LGW members. Five Fridays at noon, January 22 to February 19, 2027. Thirty seats.
Roughly 100 members registered for the free AI 101 and 102 sessions, and close to 90 percent showed up.
The Program
AI 101 and 102 covered what this technology is. The Masterclass covers what you do about it. It's a leadership course built around the decisions only you can make: what your organization hands to AI, what it never does, and how you explain both to your staff and your board.
Staff are using AI on their own, off the books.
Your board keeps asking for an AI plan.
Vendors pitch tools you can't evaluate.
Every headline sounds urgent.
